If you mean a 48-series emulator - not sure... But a 48GX emulator would be...

Andie graph doesn't. Worked great on my cappy, but locks this up

Not sure what features you want are, but RealCalc Scientific Calculator has an RPN input option. I have the paid version, but there is a free version that you can check out.

Andie Graph specifically mentions no support for SGS2. Works fine on Galaxy Tab 7 (installed it the other day with TI86 rom).
HTC Aria -> Samsung Captivate -> SGS2 AT&T -> SGS2 Intenational-> SGS3 AT&T
