Glad to hear that you two finished the "fight" and he put the source online. I'm expecting some great job based on ICS now. I'm using his (tytungs) ICS ROM but still waiting for some good Dorimanx kernel. I used to use it when I was on HyperDroid and it was just awesome. On ICS ROM I have known freezes too.

Keep pushing with this one man, youre awesome

kernel 4.7 finally works well with langthang's miui v48, no fc's, no freezes even facebook works.
but people reports problems with other roms
previous dorimanx kernels except v39 gave the similar issues to langthang's roms.
maybe this info could help dorimanx

Did this kernel working only addind init of ndt v48 in custom-init?
Then what setup did you choose?

confirmed.. using dorimax kernel 4.7 facebook app freezes in miui v60.. back to 3.8.. i copy init in custom init.. still freezes.

no changes, i flashed it "as it is", choosing the obvious options + busybox + vpn + zram.

CM7 Nightly dated 17th Feb. After flashing 4.7 with 2WCR and Dorimanx's initrd.gz, Opera worked fine but facebook app acted up - got a black screen, phone got unresponsive for a few minutes and rebooted. Fired up QtADB to get a logcat and after reboot, opened FB again - but hey, it worked fine this time!!!

Will test if the black screen/ reboot happens again, and will ofcourse test for the No Sound Bug

Made at least 20 consecutive BT hands free voice mail calls with Cyberon and no audio crash with MagLdr 2 Way Record version of 4.7 kernel. Unfortunately. still getting random browser hangs. In fact, browser hung at 10% on first launch.

For browser, i cant find what is wrong... network works as should...

But i still have some work to do, maybe i will find the problem soon...

for me in my rom, all ok! never had network related freeze...
