I had this same issue. Anyone with the Voicemail ICON that wont clear, needs to try one of these 2 things.

Call TMO. Apparently they are doing something with the networks and its affecting a lot of us. Its a known issue and they can help you reset the voicemail. No need to change settings, reflash or etc... I did this and it was just a waste of time.

Another thing to try if you just hate calling the reps, is to leave yourself a VM from another phone and press and hold 1 to enter your TMO VM. Once in the VM, see if the message comes up. If it does, delete the message and it should clear the annoying notification.

I couldn't get my VM to work since I was using GVOICE, so I had to call in for them to reset everything. Should be a quick reset on their end.

Has anyone had an issue where the option to Bill your Tmobile account is not there anymore when trying to purchase an app on this ROM?

Is there anyway i can put the status bar and icons up top to look stock? If there is a zip i can flash please let me know. If not thanks anyways

It only happened to me when I had wifi calling enabled. Try to disable wifi calling and try again. You can use wifi just not with wifi calling enabled.
