I've got to say, The Voice CMD on S3 is awesome.
Okay me again. I might get a choice between Xperia Ray or the Ace Plus. The ace plus is better in battery and bigger but ray has better camera better cpu/gpu but its smaller however it has better PPI. So what should I go for? I have big hands.

Go to the xda forums that support those phones and search for roms etc. Then compare which development is further. And don't spam the ot thread with this nonsense.
