I'm just a little editing home launcher xperia 2011 2.3.4 by deleting shortcut 4 corners and change icon drawer to ics icon drawer style....also add new launcher with dock(xperia arc s style) and 4x4 drawer icon(Thanks Frogy Furnetal for helping compile this apk)

instal zip file in cwm.....
if file zip not work on cwm:ekstrak file zip and put apk file,copy to sd card & use root explorer copy file apk to system>app,set permission 644

what ROM u are using?

Can u remove theme option?because it doesn't work anyway

Can you merge with 2.1 se launcher? I loved that, but now dont working. In 2.1 just swiping up and im in the app drawer

im using gingerdx v17 and i dont think it works. In system/app it says i have those apps like sony ericsson facebook and stuff, but there is no launcher or anything? any help?

ok but it dosent work on gingerdx. I can see the apps in system/app but no launcher.

Why don't you use the launcher from gc80 its better for your project
