this is for my homescreen.

I have a question: on many youtube galaxy note pre.review i see that it is possible to have a shortcut dock on the lockscreen but i can't found that on my galaxy note.... So is this possible. I know with a launcher but i don't want to install one.

You press applications icon and after you press the menu bouton and you go choose "modify " and so you can switch dock icons

Of course it won't work with TouchWiz. Try an alternative launcher - ADW EX is my choice.
