try to follow my steps first. Are you sure that the batt is fully charged?. My phone seemed to be charging with the proper charger and itsn.
Your behavior its different from mine. Mine it appears the bootloader already put into the phone (BLDR ver 7.27.1).
I dont use TG downloader, just Common downloader and BASE SOURCE option (FFU-). So your problem might be different,and you can break your phone.
If you use x64 you might have problems with drivers, I recomend x32. I could manage my situation couse i have 2 Pc´s wit x64 and x32.
Anyhow, If your phone switch its a good start. I sudggest to contact to MIRO , qinwengui people who knows well the TG01.

Hi all,
After 2 days triying ,Yesterday i succeed to put the w7.bi+bootloader into the phone with your method and worked ok. I explain this couse it can be helpull to others with same behavior.
First, you must have a W6.5 radio version 321 in the phone. Otherwise you wont be able to reach Factory mode in your phone.
My problem were concerning drivers. If the drivers are not well installed its useless. My problem was concerning this issue. With W7x64 , Common downloader option is not valid couse the platform is not for 64 bit.The PC see the conection bur doesnt work due drivers (you can see them in yellow in the w7 hadrware manager). And after 1 min or less... time out. If you try to update the drivers for TOSHIBA DL driver doesnt work. So my option was to make first Common downloader with another PC with xp 32 bit windows, and after the BASE SOURCE option (FFU-) with W7 x64 bit PC. It works perfectly.
The w7.bin I put It seems to be very fluid and fast, even faster than with w 6.5 but There are some important bugs (camera...umts). I think its not the latest, but I cant find any other.... Can any of you you provide a link with the latest (that you know?).
Thaks for the help, I hope my experience can helps others. Some times its harder the rampup rather than the full process...xd.

I have a w7 working on the tg01. I tried to get back to 6,5 and I nearly bricked my phone. NOw running ok thanks to the post that you and stew crossed with parran333. . thaks to parran also for the batt tip.
I would like to get back to 6,5. Can you tell me if the steps i am going to follow are correct?. I am not sure if the dbl,nprg files must be the one that comes with base source bootloader....
The phone works ok and can be seen by wx32 ports.

PROCESS
-Use ZEIT and the files (NPRG8650.hex,partition,mbn,dbl.mbn,osbl.mbm) from
Base source loader files, and inside ADVANCED options .
-I have ticked the option Image for user define partition and choosed the 000321.bin file I downloaded.

2.- Press start and waith for all the process.
3.- switch the phone normally

Its that ok?

I think YOUR steps are wrong! please wait 30 min.!

- my battery is 100% full!
- just download my miRom 7 radio 0321- then I will decrypt it from .tsw to .bin to have it to flash with tg downloader

........

.... sorry, but it works not- i´m not able to download with tg downloader the 6.5 rom as .bin

I go back to wp7 boot over tg downloader and will try it again

... now again back on wp7

ok i have managed it with succes to downgrade to 6.5 ROM

- now i make the whole steps again and write you a step by step tutorial.
please be patient

this is my situation ... the phone is in bootloader mode for a few seconds (blue-white light) because I think the battery is low! if I want to load the light turns red, but will not charge ... (I think that is not in bootloader mode for this)! first when the battery was charged and remained in bootloader mode but I could not flash it because the process tgdownloader (after flashing the boot of WM6.5) stopped at 20% after pressing downloader mode!

guys you can not try flash to wp7 and if not works try flash wm6.5 and again back to try wp7 .......... and this with different methodes/tools ......

to flash wp7 you need a BLUE led, to flash 6.5 OS you need a white led. how you get a blue-white light

1. Use tsunagi downloader to connect tg01 and upgrading win7boot.bin .process completed 99% and got an information TG-DOWNLOADER Invalid CheckSum
2. use ZTEiT Common downloader(select multi—download, not backup) file：flash.bin ,NPRG8650.hex,partition.mbn. for about 10 minutes. Completed and got the information as download successful. Restart it.
3. Open tg01, no information on screen. Sign lights turns green.

I have followed the instructions and everything went as planned.

just two problems nothing with to do with instruction though.

1: I can not login using my windows live ID! (can't download anything using zune, need to login on phone first)
2: The screen gets all red now and then.

UPDATE:
A simple reset from settings menu have fixed the above two problems.
also unlocked it too using chevron...
