Make SURE to back up your old apps.
Push them to /system/app
permissions should be set as --rw, --r, --r
Go to: Setting > Applications > Manage Applications > All
Find the app you pushed and clear data, clear cache, and force stop that should fix most problems you have then reboot.

Fix the error parsing problem... Open your build.prop (in System) and change sdk.version to 14

Can't see the screenshots. I think you need to keep those screenshots in the public folder of your dropbox and then use "copy public link" to link them here
