help needed with odin to flash the stock rom

can someone show which files to use with odin to flash this rom pls?

I'm totaly lost i can't figure out the right file for each option

go to sammobile.com and download the newer rom xxkj4:

code is pda
modem is phone
and csc is the file whit csc in the name

pit is the file with .pit on the end and that its.. select flash..
