Changed Notification Background to Black
Themed a few more Menu Icons in Contacts
Themed Seek Bar! (see screenshots)

Ported over data icons from my Golden Revolution theme
Changed look of notifications, should be easier to see now (added a background image too)
Themed Toast Frame (the little mini pop up at the bottom of the screen)
* Refreshed the screenshots to reflect all the new changes *

Changed the look of notifications (see screenshots, not sure why the new ones are so much larger :P )
Removed list dividers
Changed Ticker, Date, and Time text color in Status Bar back to blue

Fixed the notification toggles in landscape mode (temp fix, layout isn't right but at least you can see the toggles now)
More edits to Contacts.apk (if only I could figure out that bottom background)
Fixed the black txt on download notifications (only applies to apps that use the Download Provider apk (Market, Browser, etc.) things like Dropbox and Amazon App Store still show black
Fixed Ongoing Call Notification


*Please make sure you have a backup before flashing*
Download zip file and copy to externalSD
Reboot into recovery and select "Install zip from sdcard"
Select "choose zip from sdcard"
Select the zip file
Flash
Reboot

The dock can be found in the market (ADW ICS Theme)

To be fixed:
-White txt on white background. (Don't see it much, but still needs to be fixed)
-Still working on the Phone.apk and Contacts.apk
-Adjust layout of landscape notification toggles

Will flash once everything has settled down lol. Thanks to the creation though I love ICS

also big thanks to you for making my life easier. Haha. was planning on getting to it but Dead Nation and beer have been prevailing so far, today.

edit: I see you got rid of the spywares and malwares and all that too... that's no fun!

Guess I should have asked first, but I didn't think you would mind
I've got some really cool ideas now that we can have a transparent background.
If you want to keep going with this one, I can start on something else (got a few ideas brewing in my head)
BTW: Dead Nation and beer sounds like my kind of day

In your original theme, how did you make everything black in the pulldown?
