Considering the bootloader will be unlocked everywhere except in the USA, the dev support should be pretty good. It is just a matter of circumventing the bootloader before the Americans can fully join the party. Also, I doubt it will be exclusive to VZW for long, so the Americans could join in then too.

I think you all are wrong....i bought atrix 6 month ago, i bouth a photon 1 month ago, now i have droid 3 and still no development for motorola phones
