[HOWTO] Root the Atrix 2(Updated for 2.3.6 FINALLY)

I'm not in front of a computer right now but I believe you are gonna have to get it from the Bionic forums, not from CWM itself, once you install it then you will have access to recovery through CWM. IF IT EVEN WORKS AND DOESN'T RESULT IN A BRICK!!!!! SO Be carefully!!!!

Unfortunately that is for phones running 2.3.4 or earlier, we are running 2.3.5 and it won't work for us

i was flashing from CMW, but i found out the problem.

I had a couple of app killers installed.

once i got my phone rooted i used titanium backup to restore all my apps and my app killers were causing the problem, i removed them and now all is fine.

The root provided at the start of this topic works with 2.3.5. I'd suggest the oneclick.
