anyone can help me? im from Philippines..
but now im here in Dubai... i want to buy samsung galaxy s2 AT&T..
i just want to know if galaxy s2 AT&T is Applicable to use in the philippines?
i want also the samsung galaxy s2 but i dont want the 3 buttons above..
i want the s2 AT&T because of the 4 buttons above, and the size is 4.3
anyone can help in if AT&T variant?

Both the international and AT&T/US versions have the same screen size. As far as using the AT&T version overseas, you would need to find one that is unlocked I believe.

like sim lock? and im not sure if galaxy s2 AT&T is available here
in dubai...i will find it tomorrow... if not... i have no choice... samsung galaxy s2 international.

If you want the AT&T variant, you're going to have to buy one on eBay or somehow get AT&T to ship it to you. You're not going to find it in Dubai.
