I come from CM9, wipe completely (data, cache , system) ... That's really strange

Look the problem with ADB if you know how to do.

when i flash a rom i always do wipe data, cache and dalvik + format system, cache, data, datadata...and never a problem!! ...
but the better way is always start from GB stock with odin

I think your ROM is based on Elite V9.0 instead of V9.1.
aLogcat.apk doesn't work with me.
Pls. confirm it!
