Bad news is:

Only Newcastle City Centre, Leeds City Centre, London Oxford Street and one other I can't remember?

There are another 90 in central warehouse in Wednesbury

More bad news: they will not sell for cash, only on Vodafone monthly contract.

Had a try with one at the Leeds store and all the staff could say is "My God it's so BIG!

I don't know where did u get that information from but it's not completely valid.

I've visited 2 Carphone Warehouse stores in City Centre, one of them didn't know what samsung galaxy note is, another one said that it's going to get stock next week.

If this news is true about the Leeds City Centre branch having stock of the phone then I'll be heading down first thing tomorrow and upgrading!

Which city centre? I only had info for Leeds and Newcastle main stores. Not everyone in the Leeds store was aware of the product.

Which Newcastle are you talking about?

I've been to Newcastle Upon Tyne stores so it might be different from the ones you had in mind.

I'm not, I'm on T-Mobile, but my contract ends on the 20th and I'm not against changing network. Do you know if they had any white ones in?

Do you have any idea if and when it's going to appear on 3 network? So far I've seen galaxy note available on all UK networks except 3.
