Ok i have downloaded the update via engadget but wen i go to install it wont let me keeps saying "Application not installed" do i have to use CWM? any help?

rename it to Vending.apk, remove old one and put this one in its place in /system/app... the old icon may disappear but no worries it'll start like normal the next time you select it
