Unfortunate Dark Side of Screen :(

I have used the Note for a few days, but it became obvious that the screen at the right side is a bit darker than the rest of the screen... (see attached picture) (its my own picture, no gradients in the original)

I went back to the store in Den Haag, Netherlands where I bought it, hoping to get an exchange, but no Now its in repair )

When the screen is at its brightest, it not really shows, but if its at half brightness its pretty obvious...

So, I am back to my iny tiny S2 again, fortunately I didn't sell it yet...

!!

i can see it. its darker on the right!

I can see it and it would bother me to the end of the world as well if i bought it at launching price.
