Why you don't using ICS sources? It was be published yesterday, so.... Maybe try with it ;)

I think that compiling the source for our ARM version is easy. The thing is however that there's no ICS from samsung itself, so there are only (already compiled) gingerbread drives available.
The gingerbread drivers must be made compatible with ICS, that's the only thing that holds ICS from running on the GIO I think.
