instructions
as these are based on 198-7 you need to have sbf'ed 198-7 first (it doesnt flash updated radio)
you also need to been root and unlocked
wiping is recommended but not necessary, if you want to keep your apps wipe your dalvik cache in cwm

Skinny complete v1
Skinnyrev2-test3.5 with 1080p working and webtop+ 1.2b(thanks loki) all in one zip. This will of course change as components are updated.
It takes awhile to install



skinny4g11/9/11 rev1 locked bootloaders only wipes data
this is everything that skinnyrev1 is but without the custom 1.3 oc kernel. its untested at the moment.
flash this in bootstrap.

Coming soon electrify skinnyrev1[/URL] beta, as i do not have an electrify i will need people to report bugs. This was made to be very close to skinnyrev1, please make sure you post issues. DO NOT FLASH ON PHOTON, ELECTRIFY ONLY(currently doesnt work till someone with an electron steps up to help in getting it working)

To get the full experience dont forget to oc using setcpu/no frills If you want to speed up the animations/transitions use spare parts

Stock with as much tweaks as possible with the droid 3 camera.. Would love the aosp look and feel .. But the d3 camera is a must..

Optimized Barebones: If an app can be downloaded or has an alternative then leave it out. I'm thinking as close to kushdeck's "deck" series as it can be considering.

This will give a good clean base for other builders to work with.

Additional idea. An "Advanced" submenu in settings with OC, UV, scripts, tweaks. (something I miss from CM7)

+1 on the d3 camera, first thing I install after a new ROM flash....

I would personally like a ROM with limited fat, that is sleek and quick. Once side request visually, would be having the appearance look something like a Dark Horse Theme (by KFunk). Aside from that - MANY thanks for volunteering your time to do this!!

this is all very good and i will try to get all of this in, the very first rom posted will be a simple modified stock then ill start working on removing as much as possible and put in mods

currently it has the 1.3 kernel, tweaks, hdmi hack, rooted.

if you can get a flashable version of your webtop mod going ill make a rom with it built in.
