Default [ROM] i00 ROM 3D 1.0 - Based off official 1.23.862.3 VF Au ROM

i00 ROM 3D
Clean, Simple, Sophisticated

The reason I made this ROM is because all other custom and stock ROMS that I tried on my VF AU Evo 3D ran about 20% or more slower than the stock ROM that came with my phone; so I decided to take the ROM off my phone and use that as the ROM base (as there is no RUU for it!)

I do like ROMs that I deploy to appear "stock like", and this is no exception.
Features
Based off official 1.23.862.3 Vodafone Australia ROM (that came with my phone)
Vodafone stuff removed
ZipAligned
Superuser
Extra animations
CRT
My preferred default settings
Advanced power menu
Extra quick settings
Extra settings
Battery % + other icons
Camera HDR, panorama, zoom
Extra Internet options
Gray overglow
... more

If anyone knows how to modify when cpu 1 (2nd core) kicks in that would be great ... have played alot with mpdecision file and tried all of the ones here...
...but after boot when the processing stops and the 2nd core goes to sleep it requires almost all of the processing power in the world to wake it again (about 1min of cpu 0 @ 90%+), which means it basically never gets activated again; this (imho) is not acceptable!

Edit: don't know if this a problem with the VF AU radio?... seems to only be happening on the VF AU model (from what i gather from talking to others here)??? - this may also have something to do with why other roms run so badly on the VF AU handsets

Any ideas?

Thanks
Kris
