Talking [Q] How long did it take for you to get used to the size?

I'm planning on getting the Galaxy note in a few days and I'm really curious on how hard or easy it is to get used to the device's dimensions?

1. How well does it fit into your jeans' pocket?
2. Can you still operate the device with one hand?
3. How awkward is the Gnote in making calls?
4. What was your previous phone? how big was it?

1. Just fine but sometimes in sweatpants when i sit it can fall out
2. One hand is fine for me minus the furthest left part and top half inch
3. I like making calls actually. I was tired of my ears eating my phone
4. Comming from a 4inch moto atrix and happy

10 minutes! Previous phone was iPhone 4. I can never go back to a small screen again.

1. I dont even notice it. I have had a Galaxy Tab in my jeans front pocket but that was noticeable. It feels the same as my Galaxy S2. But thats on a guy who is 6'2" and pretty thick, 290lbs (:

2. I got large hands, not huge. But i can handle it with one hand but not as easy and fast as the s2.

3. I dont realy know. The note feels kinda right in my hand but dont know how it looks on me. Guess i got a big head to so it might not look so weird.

4. Got the SGS2, SGT, LG O2X, SE X10, Blade, etc.

Oh... and it took a couple of seconds to get used to it. This is the size ive always wanted on my phone.

Fits easily into front jeans pocket!
My iPhone 4 with case actually feels more bulgy and heavy in the pocket.

Can easily hold in one hand, although sometimes I find myself using two.

1. it fit in most of my jeans. i got one slim fit jean which the phone is too tight for it
2. i can ( at first that my palm accidently hit 'back button' which next to home button but i got used to it later. anyway but i end up using 2 hands and its more comfortable like that
3. im cool with that as i don't talk much on the phone anyway but my mates made fun of me ( i guess it down to ppl taste ) i want big screen and i have no problem using it. so its their problem if they think its too big but i love the size
4. my previous one was nokia n900 3.5" which i think i never go back to anything smaller than note from now on.

very interesting insights. Everybody seems to love the form factor and have very little complaints.

Surely getting the note!!!!

I'm coming from an HTC sensation and I never really felt like my phone was ever big enough. the 1 inch Jump will hopefully satisfy me

1. It fits just fine.
2. Hell no. I have big hands but I keep hitting the capacitive buttons. (since one is 'back' that's extremely annoying)
3. It's not awkward at all. I suppose someone will stare eventually, but I could care less.
4. a mytouch 4g. 3.8" screen, and it feels like a total toy now. After I used it last, I wanted to pat on its head and give it a bottle of milk.
