Is it able to remove the limit of number of application you can upload ? I use student developer account. Thanks to my wife Brother sisc card. Limit is 3 apps :'(

Oficial Chevron unlock = limit is 10 apps.

No, unlocked, you can sideload 10. Any number up to 10. If you uninstall one, you can install another.
