Default Can't play NFS Shift & Hot Pursuit

The car will keep on go to the right-handed side by itself.
Any method to solve?
Thank you.

It seems no one try to play these two games in their A100. Disappointed.

Finally, I can play Hot Pursuit. EA had released a new version 1.0.55 which is compatible with Tablets.
Now I'm waiting the new version of NFS Shift.

Well, even after upgrading to the version you refer to, I still had problems downloading data files. As with my previous Folio 100 (CyanogenMod) every single EA game gets stuck at "downloading data files: 0/100" or "NaN/100". I suspect it might have something to do with device's resolution (both 1024x600).

What I do (learned it with Worms on the Folio 100) as a workaround is to copy the data files from my other Tegra device (Optimus 2x) to "/sdcard/data/com.ea*", where "*" is the specific game. I can confirm it works for Worms and Hot Pursuit (which, BTW, is a very good game). Sadly, it doesn't seem to work for SimCity... it starts, gets past the "download data part" but then it quits to desktop.
Sony Ericsson P800> -> HTC S620 -> HTC Diamond -> Samsung Galaxy (GAOSP) -> Samsung Galaxy S (CyanogenMod) -> LG Optimus 2x (CyanogenMod) + Toshiba Folio 100 (CyanogenMod) + Acer Iconia Tab A100 (Stock + Root) --- I have ORD

I know this. In fact, I bought the game as soon as it was released. While it works on my LG Optimus 2x, it doesn't download the data it needs (it says approx. 50MB) on my A100. It shows the following error where the progress bar (for the download) should be:

"NaN 0MB of 0MB"

If you google for it, it's quite a common problem with MANY games from EA. I personally experienced it with Worms and Hot Pursuit but, in those cases, it was enough to copy the data files from another device (my Optimus 2x) to the A100. This workaround doesn't work with SimCity.

Morover, EA's support is quite hiding itself. I sent them 2 emails (no response) and tried to get in touch with an "EA Game Advisor" as this is the procedure they suggest in order to solve Android-related issues. Enough said, their own procedure doesn't allow you to reach the game advisor (you have to select your game from a drop-down menu and android games don't appear in the list).

Thumbs down for EA. Good games with crappy compatibility and even worse support. Good way to go! Gameloft style!

EDIT: SOLVED, I found on the net the data files from an Iconia TAB A500 and they works applying the procedure I described in the previous post (I noticed on Mobilisim that there are different data files between "smartphone" and "tablet" versions of the game).

Unfortunately that doesn't help those of us who don't have a tablet sitting around all I have is my phone to download data on, so it looks loke no SimCity for me. Have there been any other fixes to get this working?
