Can I update this rom over the litening 6.1 or this rom is completely different but just with litening theme?

Try it out. If it doesn't work you have to wipe.

I have Baseband DXKI1 and Kernel DXKI2. I don't have CWM yet but I have root. How can I flash this ROM? Should I Flash 7.1.1 via Odin first?

Flash 7.1.1 via. Odin then 7.1.2via CWM.( you will have CWM automatically after after flashing 7.1.1)
