Is impossible to flash a Ruu that way if You are S-ON. Just rename it PD98IMG.zip, put it in the root of the sdcard and boot in hboot. When prompt to update just say yes.

Sure, i'm put pd98img.zip into root SD, but when phone go to hboot menu, it read pd98img.zip (blue strip right upper screen), then verify pd98img.zip, but after go to hboot menu without flash prompt.
i try different factory ROM's (2.36, 2.47, 2.50, 3.12), but nothing change.

i have no idea and need help))

Try to flash boot.img in fastboot mode, but it wrote "signature verify fail". What does it mean?

That means that u are not flashing the official Ruu. As u are S-ON You will only be Able to flash just the official Ruu for your phone.

Very strange, because i'm download official ATT RUU's.....

when RUU's works it show error 132 - signature verify fail.

but this is a Desire HD thread...so I guess you are running a DHD and not an Inspire....those are different phones and then that is why the error.
