[ROM] [WildROMS] WildShooter v1.53 [11-22-11] The Best User Experience Around!

Based on the newest OTA update, this rom is for all those users who prefer a stock looking rom with as many features possible included like extended settings, beats audio, rom tweaks etc.. I've always been a fan of the simple type of roms, so that's basically what I was going for here, a clean rom with just the necessary things enhanced.

If downloading from your phone it's recommended to use a browser besides the stock HTC one like firefox etc.. Downloading from the default browser might cause problems downloading.



Installation:
1. Download the ROM
2. Reboot into Recovery
3. Make a Nandroid backup in case something goes wrong with the installation
4. Wipe everything/data factory reset
5. Flash "Lights Format All" found below which will wipe everything for a clean install.
6. Reboot into the ROM.

- flash this before you flash the rom for a full wipe (will wipe /data directory)

• Updated Market to 3.3.11
• Removed bubbles from lockscreen shortcuts

- This update is basically to just organize everything up, it's still recommended to update to stay up to date.

• New personalize icon changed for burgundy, and blue sky skin (not slate theme, that was created by another person so I didn't want to mess with it)

- this not a stand alone rom (flash over wildshooter 1.5)

• Fully working tweaks in settings "wild tweaks" (original work done by romanbb)
  [-] (huge thanks to gruesomewolf for helping troughout the porting process) (carrier label change is not working)
  [-] Lots of neat options in there. (If you've ever tried warm2.3 or eternity rom you know the tweaks available)
• crt animations working by default
• superuser updated
• CIQ fully removed
• USB debugging icon hidden
• using boot.img from fresh evo (includes dimmed bottom led panel thanks to freeza)
• reverted to stock looking quick settings to work with the tweaks options
• rom now comes with the circle battery mod pre-installed
• camera shutter sounds re-enabled

- if you ever tried aamikam's mikg rom for the Evo 4g this one will seem very familiar to use.

Q: Is this ROM stable enough for everyday use?
A: Yes, it's based on the stock OTA update so it has everything working.

Q: I'm on hboot 1.4 how do I flash?
A: In recovery like anything else.

Q: I'm on hboot 1.5 how do I flash?
A: Make sure you have the sdk installed, go into where you have fastboot.exe and place the recovery.img your phone has in there. Reboot into bootloader and start a command prompt in the fastboot folder and type "fastboot boot recovery.img". From there proceed to flash normally.

Q: Which recovery do I to flash this?
A: I personally use twrp recovery, but it should work with cwm recovery.

Q: You posted a link for something in one of your posts, is that an update?
A: No, I'll let everyone know when there's an update available which you'll be able to download from the first post.

I just finished downloading. I'll probably flash when I wake up in a few hours. I flashed your WildHero rom on my daughter's phone a while back. I can't imagine the effort it took to make that rom work so well on the Hero. Thanks for making a 3d rom.
