NEWS-2 for 1 Verizon data special

Gizmodo is claiming that Verizon is running a data package special. Supposedly if you buy the $30.00 2gb package you will get 4gb. (Yes, i know gizmodo is a bunch of ihipster hacks)

Hopefully they keep it going through the Galaxy Nexus release date. Now we are hearing the 21st.

Knowing Verizon, they will probably cancel the promo the 20th.

This promo won't affect many of us upgrading to the GNex since we have unlimited to begin with
But it's definitely a nice deal for those who aren't as lucky

Pretty much everyone is limited these days with tiered plans or throttling.

Update: supposed to last all of November. No word on how long the 2 for 1 will last. probably just term of contract.
