Installing this zip will create the files '98touchscreen', '99nexusinit' and 'placeholder' in the '/etc/init.d/' directory (same as the Netarchy kernel). If you switch to another kernel you should delete these files. Also when installing GLaDOS make sure to delete the scripts that other previous kernels have installed.

Specifically the removal of 98tweak and 99complete if coming from a Trinity / Morfic kernel.

If moving from Netarchy you will be fine since they populate the same file creations in init.d dir.

nice source management, each mod has its own branch, more kernel developer friendly

v1.1 cfs seems to do the trick for me. stable and no funny business at all like loss of data-conn. no other kernel except stock achieved this, and i can't thank you enough for that! :)

so this is almost cosmetics for me: ^^
deepidle is disabled by default, so i enabled it via nstools. it kicks in, but the sums for idle and di are lower by the factor 10 than i would've expected after 5 1/2 hours. lost 20% batt in that time (standby). betterbattstats & android-stats show nothing out of the ordinary concerning partial wakelock.

deleting old files in init.d doesn't apply to me, I'm on a fresh installation.
