Default [Q] Real Challenge for Any GSII devs to help out a retarded friend :((

So basically what happened was that I had MIUI latest version (11.28 or something) and I flashed a Speedmod kernel. The thing is, MIUI had a bug which meant USB wasn't mounting, even in CWM. I had no backup, as I was only flashing a kernel, and not a fully fledged ROM, and now the phone won't boot. It goes to Galaxy SII screen with yellow triangle, and then just shuts off. I'm really worried that I've lost my SII for ever now, so can anyone help me?

Kartik

[UPDATE]

Odin doesn't recognise the phone either. Don't see a way out of this one.....

[UPDATE #2]

Of course I do! The way to do it was buy a micro sd card and reader, put a compatible kernel on that, and flash THAT off the SGSII

Why does update 2 sound a little wrong... Flash a kernel on external sd?? You know the bootloader resides on the system partition eh.
