He/she means when you choose to upload a picture (in this instance) it pops as an App that can open up images (ex. gallery, quickpic etc.)

EDIT: I did your "purchase" procedure. I created a file in /system/etc/.root_browser. In DataBase View for example, the button bar continues showing. A little "bug", nothing important

I like the app. As noted before I believe, the long-press popup is kind of tough to read due to it's opacity level.

Also, "Documents" is miss-spelled in the "Home" button context dropdown.

Good job, this app also supports the Italian language?
