Installed Beta 2 straight from MIUI - no problems at all.

Love the new UI/Animations and just the overall feel of the phone.

If google can keep up this kind of work we'll be in business!

Reinstall. I can add contacts fine, didn't try video talk. Gtalk works though.

But it's slow, especially unlocking.

I can add cantact only via gmail account ;(((

Just installed this rom, and when i try to connect my USB it says : Process stoped. I cant even enter Settigs - Storage.

I think this would be the only way to finally get a full service ICS for our SGS.

The situation now is like the situation in april on CM7 for SGS 9000. Some work, some not, big problems with sd card and making phone calls. Non reproduceable effects and issues. And some initial problems on CM7 were NEVER fixed and would be NEVER fixed.

Only with a full set of samsung drivers this will work. Please Zach, start a petition for ICS on SGS 9000 drivers. Maybe Samsung has an interest for this project or ICS on SGS9000 will stay on a 90+x % base for the future.

And only with a full running ICS there would be enough interest for users to flash it as a daily rom.

As for me - I have no interest in doing all the hard way with CM7/MIUI a second time.......
So for me the ICS port is very interesting, but none of the actual ports (3 I think??) would be able in the next months to substituite a stock rom.

Just want to put this out there to onesonic, last night I accidentally fixed issue with android process crash and settings storage crash I can now also access all my files on the phone and transfer back and forth to my pc it connects as media device but works as it should- it appears the problem is with permissions I can't exactly pinpoint what change fixed it because I wasn't looking for it but I changed permissions to allow execute for owner in sd using root explorer now it works great only issue I have is navigon not working because I cannot change permission to execute

i have also added 2 libs from teamhacksungs gapps 5.1 and the extended power menu from teamhacksung build 4. because of this, the package is about 20mb.
