In recovery mode, if i am not wrong, u have an advanced menu and in there u'll find an option to toggle signature; make sure if is off. After that should be ok and u'll be able to install.

Incompatible? Works for me... Just no contact sync. Switching ICS rom won't work, the apps have to be updated to work with ICS.

So, I installed this rom and ran it for a few days. Here's my opinion and issues I found.

Very nice looking and speedy transitions between all the windows with very few FC's. Unfortunately there were too many bugs that made it unworkable for a day to day rom for me. Music players didn't work properly. Some showed multiple copies of tracks on the phone, some didn't recognise any files. (Stock, Winamp and "Cubed" all had issues)

Video players wouldn't work (Stock, QuickPic player, Moboplayer)

Face unlock didn't recognise me after (eventually) storing my face!

Pinch to zoom didn't work for me on browser (which I agree, apart from that, is very good)

To summarise, a very good stable baseline but the few issues I found were a deal breaker for me for now. Good work though and I shall be back when the stable, full build is released!

(As an aside, my Nandroid backup didn't work due to the kernel being different! Oh well, I needed to do a full on wipe and format of the internal disc anyway!!)
