[SOLVED] problem in bootloader

hello guys i have a problem in bootloader

first of all here is my phone details :

name&model: htc hd7 t9292
software: wp 7.5
storage: 8g
os v.: 7.10.7720.68
firmware rev: 2250.21.40502.401
hardware rev: 0002
radio software v.: 5.69.09.29a_22.50.50.21u
radio hardware v.: A.102.0.d4
bootloader v.: 4.5.2250.0(129185)
chip soc v.: 2.2.5.0

i bought this phone on this case ... but i have a problem when i enter bootloader i cant see serial word bottom and when i connect usb nothing happen else and i see just like this pic


so is this is a half brick ...?
and how i deal with this problem ...?

if, in fact, you have an HTC HD7...
you have a Mozart Bootloader...
nonetheless, you device is bricked.

but there is no way to solve this problem ...
like gold card or send it to htc technical support ...?

as i write above that i bought it on this case , so i want to know the reason that makes my phone in this case .
