You will need to have a kernel with Clockwork Mod available here -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1294477
Just copy to your sdcard and flash away.
Need to be on Gingerbread bootloaders, if you are on KJ3 or KK1, the bootloaders are identical so no worries.

Issues:
The forward and reverse buttons do not work on the MIUI Lockscreen.
No haptic feedback on some lockscreens
4-tab and Miui lockscreen message tab only point to stock messaging app.
Force close on first start of contacts list???? Just restart contacts and all is well

mtcarey has done an awesome job at redoing cwm, so, I have a quick throw together based on his initramfs (from the corn kernel) with Juwe's Lowmemorykiller Settings and Tweaks from eXistZ.
