Default Most Android devices doesn't support 3G native video call

As far as I know only some Samsung android phones currently support Native 3G video call support. Even in the new version of android 4.0 (Ice cream sandwich) it is not there. If the manufacturers provide, then only it will be there. Android DOESN'T support native 3G video call. In U.S. the data charges are bare minimum and all of them carry smart phones.. for them it is not required... same for Google. Wait for the Next version of android or go for a Non android phone ( a lot of cheaper phones support native 3G video call support).

Samsung uses their own touchwiz (or similar) for their android phones to have video call support. None of other Android phones support video call (native).
Please correct me if any other Android phone support 3G native video call support.
