Will this even work on the Arc?? if not, why is it posted in the Xperia ARC section of the forums?

Can i flash this room is my bootloader is locked?
For example if i root my phone (but don't unlock the bootloader), play around with it and break something, can I flash this room to restore my the stock version?

If your bootloader is not unlocked, then you should get this update via SEUS or PC Companion. Also, I think you may be able to flash it via FlashTool, using Flash Mode.

I think the stock camera will allways play the shutter sound, but you may be able to disable it with other camer aapplications.
