RUU_Mozart_S_HTC_Europe_5.11.401.01_5.71.09.02a_22 .51.50_RELEASE.exe now available for download thanks to Football. See post in the Windows Phone 7 Development:

This includes Tethering support.
I notice also some changes to Office.
And I'm not sure if this relates to the new ROM or not, but in Marketplace there is access to several new apps in the HTC section including HTC Watch and Dock Mode.

I've installed using Goldcard but the full RUU.exe file should allow Europe localised unbranded devices to update.

this rom changes device id. you cant flash back to older rom after!
