screen-on app doesn't work

has anyone tried using this app, it is supposed to keep the screen on but doesn't work. I want to use the note as a side tablet for general use on the desktop without unlocking and being able to see widgets etc whilst it is on the cradle. It would just make sense to have the screen on all the time and this app does seem to work.

there are a few links to changing some kind of code in the cmd menu or something so if i have to do that could someone please guide me through a tutorial or the cmd app id need . Or if there is a better app to do this please let me know.

oh... i think i just discovered app called screen on toggler,,,nvm

no screen off works fine
