[Q] trying to flash MIUI, phone.apk problem

Hello everyone.
I have stuck problem when i'm trying to perform incoming or receive outgoing calls.
When i trying to call my Desire s become stuck with white screen. After 7-10 seconds i have successful call only.

What about outgoing calls, i pick up a phone, only after 10 seconds i can hear my friend.
Phone get stucks.

I have tried several roms and several radios as well. I keep getting problems with the phone force closing sometimes.
Than i make nand backup and everything it is okay only with STOCK KERNEL.
With other Kernels like Tiamat, Hyperion, Endymion, UNITY and Cyanogen my phone is getting stuck.

I would like to flash MIUI rom but i can't live with this issue.
From the other hand MIUI rom working perfectly except this problem.
Thats why i returns to offical stock rom.
May be someone be faced with this problem.
