Sygic has a bug on the Galaxy Note that means you have to go and manually delete your settings file every now and then in order to get it working again.
They've just released a new beta which will hopefully fix it but I haven't had time to test it yet.

You can keep an eye on the GNote Sygic thread here.

Also tried Sygic, but indeed problematic.

Ndrive works very good on the Note however:

I've been using CoPilot which works pretty well, the UI of it actually autoscales so there's more on the screen which to be honest isn't great in my opinion as it's an app where you actually want bigger buttons to press cos it's very difficult and more dangerous trying to press small button icons while driving (I know you shouldn't really be messing with your phone while driving but sometimes you need to make slight adjustments to your journey). The only other issue I've found so far with it is if you don't have your phone in the orientation that you want it to be in when you boot the app up, you may get the speed warning sign clip off the bottom right hand side of the screen. As for that, CoPilot works really well and is very accurate in tracking where you are, very little lag between me passing a road onscreen on in real life.

hmm? what do you mean?

google navigation works flawlessly for me and im in australia. it also has no issues with the google street view integration here so im sure it works in some non-US countries.

it didnt work in my brother's samsung galaxy s2 (due to a common hardware fault) but it works perfectly for my motorola atrix and for my galaxy note.

normally i just stick with google nav since it works with vlingo voice commands.

Thumbs up Sygic Navigator 11.2 (Aura)

Sygic Navigator 11.2 (Aura) works just fine.

Got it here (don't have enough posts to insert the link, but that should do ...)

[mod edit - do not post links to warez sites]

Never had any problems. And i've already traveled with it in three different european countries. Highly recommend. Used it also on my previous HTC DHD.

I've used CoPilot Live Premium and Navmii (also known as Navfree) on my Note. Both have offline map support (once you've downloaded them for the first time). Navmii is free and although it's early days I prefer it to CoPilot Live Premium.

I think it has only recently been added to the Market and wasn't there when I installed it from the link here - http://getsatisfaction.com/navmii/to...ndroid_release.

Now it is in the Market, here - https://market.android.com/details?i...QuT1NNLkFMTCJd
