Question [Q] UnNamed Rom Wireless network won't connect

I'm new to custom ROM's and Android. I've flashed Serendipity, and am generally quite pleased with it, but wanted to try out UnNamed. I followed the installation instructions from the unnamed rom thread and installed 1.2.0. Everything seemed to be good. until I tried to set up access to my local(secured) wireless network. I entered the password via copy and paste, it starts to authenticate, and then disconnects. I've tried this on two separate networks that worked fine when I was running stock and Serendipity with out success. Any helop is greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Ask the question in the rom thread. The developer or people more familiar with unnamed should be better help.

Though have you tried just inputting the password instead of copy and paste?

My guess is that copypasta is the culprit.
*so much sig updating needed*

A few opinions on kernel development "good practices"

Remember too that your phone can have network issues just like your computer. When having trouble with wireless one of the first things I tell people to do is unplug their router and shut off their desktop/laptop and then try it again.

Having security enabled on certain routers can cause issues with some devices in unexpected ways.

But yeah, I think it goes for all passwords that you can't see when you're copy/pasting and it doesn't work, just type it in.

So, I changed my network password to something a little easier to type in, and shazam!, instant access. I had tried typing it in before, but was apparently making a mistake. So, I guess copy and paste was having a problem too.

Thanks for the help!
