There is a difference between Tegra 250 AP20H which is used in our o2x and Tegra 250 T20 which is used in the a100.

basicaly the "motherboard" is different the it work in another way and kernel, etc isn't fully compatible and the gpu work 33mhz faster (300 vs 333)
