I used a couple of SonyEricsson (i e Fossil developed) MBW-150s for six years. The BT smartwatch experience was addictive and had me leave behind really great looking, expensive and stylish non-BT watches. Unfortunately Bill Geiser's MetaWatch take up is too slow. Wimm One take up seems limited, although I really like its flexible design. Sony Smartwach is flawed right off the bat (imagine, that would never happen with a Sony product, now would it). i'm Watch is underpowered and late. The Pebble has an experienced team around it, and nice take up on Kickstarter. But no matter how much battery it saves, I don't want a B&W screen. To me the MotoACTV seems the only smartwatch that has significant uptake. Motorola is supporting the watch, and the team seems really dedicated and listens to its customers, whereas Sony's seems deaf to its customers. Motorola has already incorporated suggestions from its user community (indeed one of my suggestions, yay!). The only drawback to the MotoACTV is no vibration alert. I'm holding out for the next generation.
