Hah, sweet.
Unfortunately I believe it is more so ATT's doing in naming the device Vivid than HTC?
I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure HTC didn't really need to rename the Raider (Holiday), ATT just likes to rename phones.

As far as I know "Vivid adult entertainment" doesnt own rights to the word itself , haha brings a valid question to mind, are they that much in need of money that they need to Sue HTC?

I'm sure they are just using this to get their name out in the media for a few minutes. But you never know, I believe the internet took a huge chunk of money from the porn industry. They actually may need the money.
