That's Gingerbread with themed framework UI and bunch of fancy animations.
Actually, very annoying animations.

Notification bar is the first thing that gives it away. No need to look further.

This is GB, if you notice the notification bar its look themed, and at least if anybody have the source code, anyone will work on theming it.

In the video, he only showed music, why? because he putted the music beta 4.0 lol

yep. I used this before. It's nice but I didn't like some of the features.

As of right now we can only speculate. Samsung / Google will have to leak a the rom or when the Galaxy Nexus is released we will have to get a system dump. No one knows.
