how to use with NTFS file system?
my kernel is Rage kernel 2.8 with NTFS support but not working with USB flash that using NTFS file system , FAT32 is working

You can't.
Android doesn't support NTFS at all, either format your USB drive to FAT32 or you can't use at all.

some android phone's like as SGSII/I , tablet's and other can work with USB with NTFS file system

For some devices, there can be some modifications done in the system to make it work. However on Xperia's, it has not been tested, neither is it sure if it will work at all.
