1) Is there some way of changing the lock screen wallpaper?

2) One feature i miss from HTC is the ability for SMS messages to a) wake up the phone (not unlock it) and b) show on the lock sceren with a large contact photo etc. Same for missed calls.

I have tried NotifierPro - not bad.. but not as good as HTC.
Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 (CrisKelo ROM + Siyah Kernel)
HTC Desire Z (Andromadus Mimicry ICS 1.3.2 ROM)
HTC TyTN II

Last issue - after about 10 hours of use - few SMS, on WIFI all day, little bit of 3G, lotrs of email, no phone calls, lots of playing/isntalling new apps etc - i am at 32% battery. Not bad but not great.

Any quick ideas on how best to save battery? I had auto-brightness on - i've since reduced that to medium.

Aha! Found an 'advanced' wifi setting "Keep WIFI on during sleep" - set to "Always"!
I changed it to "Only when plugged in".

Should make massive changes to battery life i would think.

Did u just flash the rom? I know whenever I freshly flash this rom I usually get about 15 hrs till it drains but when I let it settle for a couple of days I can get battery life to 24+ hours. And I rarely use wifi and turn it off whenever I'm done and whenever I exit an app I hold back to kill it. Recently I just flashed the latest .19m radio for tmobile and noticed that I'm getting 3g/H in areas I never did before and getting signal in certain college buildings where I never did before. Also my battery seems to be better so u might wanna look into it

Beware, wifi uses less battery than 3G.. For me I get far superior battery life on wifi with it set to always on.

I use handcent sms for that. An incoming message will wake the phone and appear as a popup.

Aye, but I'm actually coming straight from Virtuous Sense, did a full wipe in CWM obsiously before I installed. I might give that a try, just a bit hesitant since setting the phone back up is always such a hassle... I'll see when I have some more time to play with it incase something goes wrong again, thanks for the tip!

The only thing that i can't use is 2g/3g toggle in the notification drawer. Is there a way to make it works?vthis is the only thing that i miss after quattro!

I'm able to turn, but rarely and poorly. Gotta wait for them to fix it in the next update. Read the reviews on it already in the market.

DONATE TO ME
Default NULL

If you've updated the radio to the latest version and still have echo issue, please try to copy or link the /system/etc/firmware/default_org.acdbi to /system/etc/firmware/default_org.acdb to see whether it will be fixed. The current kernel will look for and load that file instead of the new default_org.acdbi.

Confirmed that it's Flinny's typo, go to blame him. LOL
