[Q] Screen Protector?

Due to this video, does this mean I won't have to buy a screen protector like I have had to have done for my Droid 1, Droid X, and current Bionic?

Sand will still scratch it. My Sensation's screen looked like crap after going riding for a day

You don't need screen protectors on a d1 dx or bionic as they have Gorilla glass...
