Strange behaviour - SD card default install location

Ok, here's the deal:

Now as I'm pissed off of the internal memory and I decided to try setting my phone to install all applications on sd card with a simple command "adb shell pm setInstallLocation 2".

This thingy does not work without root, so i temprooted my chacha (yes, its s-on) and then executed the command.

When this was done, the command hang and no new line appeared (it looks like still doing something).

The problem now is that when i install applicatons, they appear to be installed on the sd card (when i go to application there's a button Move to phone only). Despite the applications are still taking internal memory, instead of external memory. Any ideas, suggestions will be great appreciated.
