Default Gained temp root access but unable to downgrade

Ive finally been able to gain temp root access with su permission but im unable to downgrade with the ruu_speedy file. Everytime it always says usb connection problem and ive tried 3 different computers and 2 different usb cables. can someone please help with perm rooting my shift, this was not near as hard as my thunderbolt...

Use the "one zip" ruu in the development section.

It's in scary's downgrade thread here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1255474 Scroll to the bottom where he's linked all the downloads. Download the PG06IMG.zip RUU, put on the root of your sd. Once you temp root and push the misc.img, boot into hboot and the update will start automatically
